Our thrilling adventure will begin with a visit to the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres. Here, we'll immerse ourselves in the amazing world of creativity of one of the greatest contemporary artists, whose surrealist works continue to captivate the imagination of viewers from around the world.
The next stop will be the charming town of Cadaqués, located in the heart of the picturesque Cap de Creus peninsula. This unique town is rightfully considered one of the most characteristic and colorful on the Costa Brava coast in the province of Girona. Its distinctive rocky coastline, adorned with magnificent beaches and secluded coves, is the main attraction along with the stunning, breathtaking landscapes of the Cap de Creus Natural Park.
In the depths of Cadaqués' picturesque bay lies the historic center of the town, steeped in a truly Mediterranean atmosphere. For many decades, this amazing town has inspired world-class artists, and today it still boasts a rich cultural life. Evidence of this can be found in the numerous museums and art galleries, among which Salvador Dalí's House-Museum holds a special place – a true gem of the region's cultural heritage. Cadaqués is an ideal starting point for exploring the amazing Alt Empordà region, with its rich historical sites, stunning nature, and numerous archaeological monuments that hold secrets of the past.
The third key point of our exciting route will be Cap de Creus – the easternmost point of mainland Spain, where land meets the boundless sea. Here we will visit the majestic lighthouse, which for many years has been guiding all seafarers navigating the Mediterranean waters to land. If desired, we'll have the opportunity to taste the freshest seafood, just caught from the coastal waters, and enjoy the exquisite, untouched nature of the Cap de Creus reserve, whose unique landscapes seem to transport us to another world.
The final, but no less impressive stop on our journey will be the amazing town of Empuriabrava, also known as the "Spanish Venice". This unique settlement, interwoven with a network of picturesque canals, will provide us with an opportunity to enjoy the incomparable atmosphere of a Mediterranean resort and will be a perfect end to our eventful day, full of unforgettable impressions and discoveries.
