A walk through the city, the exhibition fair center, the old town, and several unforgettable locations for beautiful photos.

What's the plan for our exciting journey?

✅ Our journey will begin with a visit to the beautiful Girona, where the annual flower festival "Temps de Flors" has been held for more than six decades. This year, from May 13 to 22, the streets of this vibrant medieval Catalan city will transform into a true floral paradise, adorned with magnificent bouquets and original flower installations, creating a unique atmosphere of celebration and beauty.

Girona is not just one of the centers of Catalonia, but also the capital of the province of the same name, located in a strategically important place: 100 km from Barcelona and only 70 km from the French border. This city is famous for its beautifully preserved medieval historic center, which seems to transport visitors back in time. Here you will see the majestic Cathedral, impressive in its monumentality and adorned with a spectacular grand staircase, and you'll walk along the ancient city wall, which offers breathtaking views of the city and its surroundings. Of particular note is the famous Eiffel Bridge - a masterpiece of engineering created by the same architect who designed the Eiffel Tower in Paris. Girona is also known for its rich Jewish history, traces of which can be found in the old town. An interesting fact for fans of modern culture: this is where the 6th season of the popular series "Game of Thrones" was filmed, which adds a special charm to the city for tourists from all over the world. In mid-May, thanks to the flower festival, Girona becomes a real magnet for travelers - about 300,000 people from different corners of the planet come to "Temps de Flors" to enjoy this unique event.

✅ The next stop on our route will be the charming town of Cadaqués, located in the heart of the picturesque Cape Creus peninsula. This city is rightfully considered one of the most characteristic and colorful on the Costa Brava coast in the province of Girona. Cadaqués is famous for its impressive rocky coastline, where magnificent beaches with golden sand coexist with cozy secluded coves, seemingly created for romantic getaways. But the main gem of these places, undoubtedly, is the stunning landscapes of the Cap de Creus Natural Park, which will leave no one indifferent.

In the very center of Cadaqués bay lies its historic center, steeped in authentic Mediterranean atmosphere. Narrow cobbled streets, snow-white houses with bright shutters, cozy squares and numerous cafes create the unique character of this place. For many decades, Cadaqués has served as a source of inspiration for world-class artists, including Pablo Picasso, Joan Miró, and of course, Salvador Dalí. And today, the city continues to attract creative people from all over the world, as evidenced by its rich cultural life. Here you will find many museums and art galleries presenting works of both famous masters and contemporary artists. Of particular note is the Salvador Dalí House-Museum - a unique place where you can immerse yourself in the world of surrealism and learn more about the life and work of the great artist. Cadaqués is also an ideal starting point for exploring the rest of the Alt Empordà region, rich in historical landmarks, amazing natural landscapes, and numerous archaeological sites that hold secrets of the past.

✅ The final chord of our journey will be a visit to Empuriabrava - a city often called the "Spanish Venice" 🌊. This unique settlement is literally built on the waters of the Mediterranean Sea and is a true marvel of engineering. Here you will see an amazing sight: residential houses with direct access to numerous canals, and yachts and boats moored to them as if they were ordinary cars in a parking lot. Empuriabrava is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts and sea excursions. Visitors to the city have a unique opportunity to rent a small boat or motorboat to take a magical trip through the picturesque canals, enjoying magnificent views and feeling like real seafarers. This city is the perfect place for those who dream of feeling the spirit of sea adventures and enjoying the unique atmosphere of a Mediterranean resort.
